Are all items made-to-order?

Yes. All Beasts by Creation items are made-to-order. Each piece is produced specifically for your order, which allows us to maintain quality and exclusivity.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes — exchanges only for size or fit issues.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original, saleable condition

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and must be authorized prior to return shipment 

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Can I exchange a made-to-order item?

Because all items are made-to-order, exchanges are limited to size-related issues only and must meet our exchange conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request.

What if my item arrives defective or incorrect?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will remake and replace the item at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of order placement.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

What is your processing time?

All items are made to order, ensuring the highest quality and unique designs.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may vary during high-demand drops or launches.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you cover return shipping?

No. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have questions, contact us before ordering.
