Processing Time:
All items are made to order, ensuring the highest quality and unique designs.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or limited-edition items may take up to 7-10 business days to process due to high demand and production time.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-5 business days
International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on customs processing and destination country)
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Additional Information:
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?
We fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.
Given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.
What is your return policy?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS. WE DO ACCEPT EXCHANGES AS LONG AS THE BELOW CRITERIA IS MET.
- No refund or exchange can be offered if made after 15 days of purchase.
- No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to your error.
- Exchanges will only granted if items are defective or damaged.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges for international customers are not offered at this time due to the costs of shipping internationally, so be sure to order correct sizes for your item.
If you're shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I forgot to use my discount code
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases.
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.
Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order, including your discount code.
